Overview
TNT Fellowships is closing the gap between traditional healthcare and psychiatry — training primary care physicians, pediatricians, and frontline clinicians to deliver mental healthcare in the offices patients already trust.

Founded by Dr. Robert McCarron, the program has trained more than 1800+ professionals to date and is actively reshaping behavioral health access worldwide. They needed a marketing strategy as bold and visionary as their goals. That's where we came in.

Bold

The Challenge

When we came on board in 2024, TNT Fellowships had a polished presence — but their communications hadn't yet caught up to the full weight of who they are.

Stock photography and generic explainer videos couldn't capture the boldness of their mission or the extraordinary people driving it. Their story was bigger than their brand, and the world deserved to see that.

Our Approach

We approached the project as a collaborative storytelling process. Instead of scripting the narrative from the outside, we spent time listening — understanding the fellowship’s values and the experiences of the people within it.

Finding the Story

We went straight to the source — the founders, the faculty, the fellows — and built a visual and narrative identity around the real people behind the mission. Through video storytelling and original photography, we created genuine brand affinity by showing the world exactly who TNT Fellowships and their fellows really are.

Expanding Their Reach

We produced multiple impact films featuring fellows sharing how they're applying their training in the field, placing real stories and real outcomes directly in front of the audiences most likely to enroll. We developed two donation landing pages with video and written content to deepen investment from those who believe in the mission — moving people from awareness to action and strengthening the partnerships that sustain the program's growth

Building Community Through Interviews

We are building and strengthening community partnerships through the TNT Open Mind Insights interview series — connecting TNT Fellowships with legislators, community leaders, and healthcare professionals who share their vision. To support the series, we built everything from the ground up: a full brand identity, a dedicated website, all written and visual content, video production, an email campaign, and active social media channels. We manage it all, continuously evaluating and improving performance as the series grows.

With more than 50 interviews now complete, TNT Open Mind Insights has reached a new level. The depth and breadth of these conversations has created something rare — a living body of knowledge on behavioral health care that can be analyzed for shared themes, emerging patterns, and real findings. TNT Fellowships is now positioned as a genuine authority in the space, and the series has become a place where the right people don't just talk — they find solutions together.

Each conversation expands TNT's reach, deepens their relationships, and positions Dr. McCarron exactly as he is: a natural connector and convener whose belief that the right people in the room together can change everything.
Open Mind Insights is that belief made real — a platform for thought followship actively growing the network of people invested in the future of behavioral health care.
