Access to support
Schedule emotional support sessions with Tamara through the calendar link below.
Book an appointment with Tamara Knox.
Tamara is an associate social worker who is available for emotional support sessions during and after your filming day.
Some good times to access care may be before your interview, immediately after the filming or after your story is published.
Our goal is to provide a fully supportive filming environment.
You have up to three support sessions included for this project that you can access any time and up to 6 months after your project is published. If you are in need to additional support we are able to make appropriate referrals for care.
Mental Health Resource List
The Lifeline and 988
988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (now known as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), and is now active across the United States.
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
