Review Our Work

Native American Health Center

At the Native American Health Center in Oakland, traditional wisdom is transforming modern healthcare. Through intimate personal stories of leaders and community members, we witness how indigenous values - particularly the sacred role of women's leadership and the foundational power of love - are creating a new model of holistic care. From the CEO's deeply personal journey to understand her mother's struggles, to a construction worker helping build their new facility, each story shows how returning to ancestral knowledge while striving for excellence is healing not just individuals, but entire communities. When healthcare becomes a ceremony, guided by love and cultural wisdom, it touches everyone who walks through the doors.

“Ethical Narrative is an exemplary company, and one of the only photo or video organizations we've come across that prioritizes ethics and the well-being of their video participants, which highly aligns with our values. While we had a vast amount of time and content to fit into a five minute video, Autumn and her team worked wonders—even under a tight deadline—to create a short film that was compelling as it highlighted the health center and our community's story. When we premiered the video at our gala, you could visibly see the emotional impact on our audience, and it helped us surpass our in-person fundraising goal that night. We recommend Ethical Narrative to any organization wanting to tell their story ethically and compassionately.”

Train New Trainers Fellowships

TNT's origin story reveals how a passionate team transformed their understanding of the mental health workforce shortage into an innovative solution. Through intimate testimonials, the film shows how TNT addresses a critical need: while 40% of primary care visits involve mental health issues, providers receive minimal training in this area. TNT's leadership team demonstrates the power of their approach - training frontline providers in the field of psychiatry. This story aims to build trust in the TNT brand and inspire healthcare professionals to enroll in their fellowship program and learn life saving skills.
